Amita, founder of Amicreative, grew up drawing and painting the world around her. She combined her love of art with her design education to work as a graphic designer in corporate America. But as time went on, she missed being able to take on projects that allowed her to work one-on-one with clients to create pieces that were as personal to them as they were to her. Amita’s passion for creating modern, intricate designs led her to expand her line into a stationery line that celebrates the elegance in details. Inspired by all of the vibrant patterns and colors from her Indian heritage and the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, she spends her days creating thoughtful and inky designs that come to life on paper and products. Amita aspires to continually create unique and one-of-a-kind designs that bring joy and a touch of the exotic to everyday moments.
