Like Christine, Will grew up in the family business. His father, Charlie, founded two businesses in Washington, D.C. and Will helped out by working the sales floor, driving deliveries, and installing ceiling fans. After graduating from Tufts University with two degrees in Economics and Spanish, he road tripped around the South with the dream of being a creative writer.

To support his creative aspirations, Will took up a part-time job at Fresh Fields, a Washington, D.C. grocery store that was eventually purchased by Austin-based Whole Foods. Working the cheese counter in the 1990s soon became a full-time job and Will stayed with Whole Foods for 26 years, traversing the country to cover multiple regions across the United States and Canada.  During his time at Whole Foods, Will fostered the growth of small, natural food brands on an international scale and launched their LEAP program, which helped small brands get on the shelves at Whole Foods locations nationwide.  

Will has always supported Sfingiday behind the scenes and in 2023, he officially joined the team with a pivotal role as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Sfingiday Wholesale.
